Expert verdict
If you’ve been reading this entire SugarHouse online sportsbook review, it won’t come as any surprise when I say that this is one of my favorite betting sites that are licensed in the US. The sports welcome bonus is generous and comes with a 1% wagering requirement that is almost impossible to beat. I tried to shop around for a legal US casino with no wagering requirements but failed.
SugarHouse Sportsbook payout/odds are above average, and there are ample sports and markets to delve into. Add a nifty interface and a very efficient app (especially SugarHouse android), and this bookie will score high with anyone who knows their stuff.
Is it perfect? Of course not — it could do with 24 on 7 customer support, for example. And maybe a couple more payment options. Heck, a no deposit bonus would also be gravy. But nothing in life is perfect. I’m just happy that Sugar House sportsbook comes close.
SugarHouse sportsbook in different states
SugarHouse sportsbook is currently licensed in three states — New Jersey, Philadelphia, and Connecticut. This review is based on SugarHouse sportsbook New Jersey. Gamblers who are in different states will be directed to the BetRivers sportsbook sister brand instead.
With the brick-and-mortar SugarHouse Philadelphia having recently undergone an extensive refurbishment that cost more than $160 million, it could be that the group’s energies were entirely focused in that direction. Now that the physical expansion is completed, is it possible that we may see a license expansion being rolled out in the future?
States available
SugarHouse in Connecticut
The same lovely interface that greets SugarHouse players in New Jersey graces Connecticut, with all bets and features available on SugarHouse NJ also present here. Players also receive the same welcome bonus of a 100% match deposit up to $250.
The identical leaderboard competitions are also available, as is the NFL bonus bet, profit boosts, and parlay boosts.
Licensed and regulated by the Department of Consumer Protection (CDCP).
SugarHouse in New Jersey
Full online gambling and betting verticals are offered, with 14 ways to deposit. The platform is licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE).
Licensed and regulated by the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE).
SugarHouse in Pennsylvania
SugarHouse Pennsylvania is pretty much a replica of SugarHouse sportsbook New Jersey, which we’ve reviewed here. Pennsylvania gamblers will receive the same exact sign-up bonus, 100% match up to $250, with the same terms and conditions.
The leaderboard competition is likewise open on SugarHouse PA, as are all the daily profit boosts, bonus bet, and parlay boost offers.
However, there’s a nice bonus for those who visit the physical Rivers Casino Pittsburgh on a Saturday. You’ll need to sign in to your SugarHouse account while you’re actually at the brick-and-mortar casino, and your account will be automatically credited with a single-use 50% Steelers Profit Boost valid for 24 hours. However, the boost can’t be used on House Specials or parlay prepacks.
Licensed and regulated by the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB).
SugarHouse sportsbook bonuses
Finding a great sportsbook bonus can be a rare beast. Most online betting sites invariably offer promotions, as all players have come to expect them — but not everyone will complement your sportsbook bonus with fair terms and conditions.
So how does SugarHouse sportsbook fare? Bonus hounds will be pleased to learn that this bookie doesn’t suffer from that other common malady, where promotions are limited to new players and casino players. At the time of writing, there are no less than nine running promotions that can be used on sports betting.
First-time players will receive a 100% first deposit match up to $250 when depositing at least $10. You’ll need to use the SugarHouse sportsbook bonus code (see below) before you can use the bonus money to bet on all sports markets.
The bonus comes with a very generous 1X wagering requirement. This means that a $10 deposit will net you an extra $10 in bonus money and you’ll only need to wager a total of $10 before cashing out any bonus winnings. So far, only Borgata beats it with no playthrough requirements at all.

Onto the SugarHouse sportsbook bonus approach. There are two major things to watch out for when it comes to sportsbook bonuses: those that only focus on first-time players, and those whose promotions are limited to casino.
As you’ll see from our Time2play expert opinion in this SugarHouse sportsbook review, this bookie passes both tests with flying colors. Living up to its name, it offers a sweet deal to sports gamblers, with pretty much a promotion almost every day of the week. Clever, too, as bet boosts are not a bad reason to keep coming back to a specific operator. But allow us to delve deeper into how SugarHouse bonuses sweeten the pill and make it worthwhile using your bankroll.
Bonus rating
- Seasonal leaderboard competition
- 1x wagering requirement on Sign Up Bonus
- Multiple bonuses for existing players
- VIP bonuses
- VIP Bonuses only kick off at Tier 7
SugarHouse does enjoy excellent ratings across the board from all online reviewers, and I can easily understand why. I’m typically suspicious when an online bookie attracts nothing but praise, but this SugarHouse sportsbook review is going to have to agree with the accolades, particularly because the betting offers structure has very clearly been built with the gambler in mind.
Let’s start with the signup bonus. Most bookies will offer a bonus bet to new players. SugarHouse offers the full match deposit bonus of 100% up to $250. I love the boost that this brings to my sports betting bankroll, allowing me the luxury of being a bit more adventurous with my wagers.
Do keep in mind that cashed out sports bets placed with the bonus money won’t count towards the playthrough requirement. Again, a fair condition, especially considering that the wagering requirements are incredibly low. 1% is going to be very hard to beat. Borgata, for example, also has a 1% wagering requirement, but sports betting is not eligible for the welcome bonus.
Moreover, you can use your bonus money on any sports market with -200 or longer odds. A -150 restriction is more common, which makes this a sweet deal indeed. Bonuses expire after 30 days. I’d say these are very favorable terms, and it’s easy to see why I scored SugarHouse sportsbook so high in terms of bonuses.

The total prize pool is shared between the top ranking players, with a maximum pool of $1,000,000.
To keep in mind:
- The game of the week is announced prior to every Sunday

- Profit boosts expire after 24 hours
SugarHouse NFL Bonus Bet
When you wager $25 on any NHL game with odds of -200 or longer, you’ll receive a $10 NFL bonus bet. For parlays, each leg must have odds of -200 or greater.
Bonus bets are valid for seven days and you need to be at least 21 years of age to take part in the promotion. Only one bonus bet per week per player is allowed.
iRush Rewards and VIP Offers
SugarHouse sportsbook offers IRush Rewards, which is a loyalty club and a VIP Club rolled in one. The programme is based on collecting points and cashing these in for various rewards, such as wheel spins, bonus bets, odd boosts and other bonus money opportunities.
Rewards take a leap in quality once you have enough points to reach Level 7 and unlock the VIP Offers. These include high-stakes bingo, birthday scratch cards, and bonus money; dining offers at Rivers Casino in Philadelphia; free slot play, and more. An additional level, called Elite, is accessible by invitation only.
Points are calculated using the table that is available in the T&Cs.
SugarHouse sports markets
Some people have a couple of favorite sports to bet on, typically football and basketball. Other players are more adventurous. They want variety. They want the option of betting on hockey, even if they’ve never so much as seen a puck. If you’re one of the latter, fun times are ahead. You’ll undoubtedly agree with our SugarHouse sports review that in terms of sports and markets, this is a leader for US players.
Enough chitchat and on to some numbers. At SugarHouse sportsbook we find 19 different sports to bet on, with seasonal events such as the Winter Olympics also available. This totals more than 150 different leagues and championships to bet on.
In this regard, SugarHouse joins big league bookies like Unibet sportsbook and Borgata, which can both rival this choice by offering approximately 20 different sports. Even 888 doesn’t reach this level, closing in at 13 sports varieties. That being said, SugarHouse’s sister brand did even better here, so be sure to check out our BetRivers sportsbook review too!
This generosity of sports to be on is complemented by an abundance of markets, so definitely a good showing from SugarHouse sportsbook.

Sport types vary from the obvious such as football, soccer and basketball to the more niche-like cricket, table tennis and darts. All the big league names are present and correct, and I don’t expect any less.
They are accompanied by some more obscure competitions like Japan’s J1-League. It is also good to see Australian Rules rugby on offer. There is a House Specials section for players who are wanting for inspiration and who enjoy getting creative with their wagers. Each offering comes with ample markets to bet on.
However, minus a few points for not offering bets on horse racing. If that’s what you’re into, head over to another platform like Bet365.

Sports and markets rating
- Vast variety of markets
- Markets easy to identify
- All info accessible with one click
- No horse race betting
I feel justified referring to SugarHouse sportsbook as a one-stop-shop in terms of wagering possibilities as the sports, combos, and alternatives on offer are virtually endless.
Very conveniently, every sport, match, and league shows you the number of available markets right next to the spread and win lines. Number too low for your liking? Unlikely to happen, though not out of the question for the less popular leagues. But in this case, if variety is what gets your adrenaline going you can simply move on to the next option.
But my favorite thing about SugarHouse sportsbook is not simply the number of markets available. It’s the quality and the extra care this bookie clearly takes to make even the newest of noobs feel welcome.
Online sports betting can be intimidating if you have no idea what other players mean when they say they’re betting on a particular market. If you make SugarHouse one of your first online bookies you’ll not need to worry. Just click on the number of markets and your options are further broken down into most popular, available combos, spreads, player specials and so forth according to what markets are applicable on that particular league and game. It’ss difficult to imagine a sportsbook being more helpful than this. That’s high praise indeed and contributes considerably to the high scores in this SugarHouse online sportsbook review.
Additional market details
Basketball
Basketball is a big deal at SugarHouse, even bigger than football if such a thing is conceivable. There are 13 different leagues to bet on, spanning the corners of the world from the obvious ones in the US (NBA, NCAAB, WNBA) to Australia’s National Basketball League, Finland’s Korisliiga, Mexico’s LNBP, Turkey’s Super League and everything in between.
Any nation that has a half-decent basketball league going is represented, and you can lay down your wager on it. The average number of markets for basketball hovers around 200 (even more for the big names).
The most popular markets are instantly viewable by clicking on the number — just scroll right from the top menu if you don’t find what you’re looking for immediately. This is a feature available on all sports and leagues, and is very handy if you approach sports betting with a ‘let’s see what’s on the menu’ attitude, rather than with a specific intention.
Football
What would American sports betting be without the NFL and the NCAAF? Thankfully, you won’t need to find out because this is one of the most popular offerings at SugarHouse sportsbook. The NFL markets go up to 240 give or take, while the NCAAS hover at the 100 mark.
This section is straight and to the point. Football lovers tend to know exactly what they want and they are sure to find it here.
Hockey
Another biggie as far as this SugarHouse sportsbook review is concerned, with six leagues to bet on spanning the US, Finland, Sweden and Switzerland, and the World Championships as bonus. Market variety does equally well here, especially for the NHL and KHL, with an average of 130 markets each. Compare to Borgata, where you get an average of 75 bet types for NHL games.
Hockey bets outside the US league are just as well covered, topping 100 varieties in most cases.
Tennis
Tennis remains an extremely popular sport with US gamblers, in particular the French, US and Australian opens, not to mention Wimbledon. And at SugarHouse sportsbook, we find 20 different league options to bet on.
There is a good focus on women’s tennis too, with the entire ITF women’s games and qualifiers on offer, together with the women’s UTR pro tennis series, which caters for women ranking between 200 and 2000 globally. The series comes to an end in 2024, with four tournaments taking place in the US, so there’s plenty of fun to be had for US gamblers.
SugarHouse sportsbook betting features
It’s difficult to find an all-rounder online bookie that outdoes SugarHouse in terms of betting features. You can keep things simple with a single bet (though single bets on multiple games are accepted on the same bet slip). Or you can combine same-game parlays, or even round robin bets, where you choose a minimum of two games to wager on in a series of parlays. Parlay odds are calculated by the internal bet builder. You don’t get the super fancy bet types such as the 57-bet Heinz, or the Goliath (247 bets in one) but that’s true of all other US bookies.

SugarHouse sportsbook offers players all the usual betting features that have become very popular with US gamblers. There’s pre-betting, live in-game betting, teaser bets on NFL and NBA games, various cash out options and there is a genuine interest in making the experience as entertaining and as positive as possible for the gambler.
Some of the more popular sports like basketball and football have over 100 markets to bet on. These include prop bets like player points and player specials, which can be intimidating. But in this case, the top bet varieties that you’re likely to be looking for are showcased in a ‘most popular’ section for each match. This makes the proceedings considerably simpler.
Betting features rating
- Excellent buyouts
- Various prop bets
- Tips section
- Teaser bets only on NFL & NBA
If you don’t know your parlays from your spreads, this is where this SugarHouse online sportsbook review scores a lot of extra points. You won’t feel lost, even if this is your first time putting down a wager.
This is only possible because every single betting section on SugarHouse comes with a friendly little ‘information’ icon explaining the different bets available in layman’s terms. I find that this makes it easier for me to get the most out of my gambling experience, rather than just sticking to what I’ve already tried and tested.
A scrollable menu guided me through the different markets available for each match — the intuitive interface really is one of SugarHouse’s strongest points, even in terms of accessing bet features such as buyouts.
The buy out options are very decent and on some sports I could cash out even future and parlay bets for more than the original amount, always depending on how the odds were changing. The sports that offer this option will have it clearly marked on your bet slip.
I found the live betting feature very easy on the eye, with all that I needed to help me decide on my wager easily accessible. One click gave me all the stats of the live KHL game that was in progress, a real-time live view of what was happening on the pitch, even going as far as listing stats for different players and teams throughout the season under the ‘Tips’ section.
Additional betting feature details
Parlay bets
Parlay bets are one of the cornerstones of American sports betting, linking two or more outcomes in one single bet. These come with an obviously bigger risk but also better SugarHouse sportsbook payouts than if you were to make separate bets, with the odds being calculated by SugarHouse’s in-house betbuilder.
It’s good that SugarHouse has gone beyond the token offering, with same game parlays going up to 12 legs. Round Robins are also available for two games upwards.
Teaser bets
Unfortunately, Teaser Bets which allow you to adjust the odds more in your favour in exchange for a smaller payout, are so far only available on NFL and NBA matches. But fans of NCAA games will be happy to know that teaser bets are already being tested here too, and are actually available on a few matches. NFL and NBA teaser bets have been well-received, and the situation with NCAA is unlikely to be different.
Golf betting
For the majority of sports, SugarHouse offers the regular mix of moneyline, spreads and parlay bets involving game combos, player specials and so forth. You’ll find that the terminology for golf wagers differs slightly, which can be confusing if you’re just starting to become familiar with the sport.
SugarHouse offers the basic bet types like golf outright betting, where you bet on one player to win the tournament, and top 5/10/20 position wagers, where you bet on the player to finish in the top numbered positions in a tournament.
Less popular bets like six shooters and each-way betting are also available, although a good knowledge of the workings of the game will certainly help, here.
SugarHouse sportsbook odds
SugarHouse sportsbook odds are slightly above average, with the general payout almost reaching 94% and on a par with the likes of giants FanDuel (93.91%). BetMGM and bet365 remain the kings, offering odds that exceed the 94% benchmark. But SugarHouse holds its own well especially with the more popular sports like football and basketball, where the payout reaches 95% in some cases.

While considered generous, SugarHouse sportsbook odds are very predictable and pretty much mirror the vast majority of reputable online bookies. You’re unlikely to find enough of a difference in percentages to sway you in the direction of SugarHouse, as this sportsbook’s forte lies in other areas that we have already amply expanded upon. If you’re a very seasoned gambler who enjoys that mathematical challenge of playing with the odds, there are other more specialist sportsbooks that’ll offer more of a thrill, such as Borgata.
Odds rating
- Good odds in general
- Easy to find payouts
- Good inplay betting
- Same odds as majority of bookies
I’d say that, while not top of the league, SugarHouse offers good innings with their odds. What I’m looking for here is consistency and the knowledge that I’m guaranteed above average odds across all sports and markets, including the least popular ones.
And this is exactly what SugarHouse delivers. Their average general payout falls just shy of 94%, but only because I’m being finicky with decimal points. I checked in on different leagues, with some of the more obscure matches and markets, and never once did this average dip.
A more detailed look at the different sports confirms this. The average odds for darts wager are 94.7%, seasonal wagers on Formula 1 reach 94.17%. I have to say this was a refreshing change from the situation with some other sportsbooks, which will offer excellent odds on a few flagship leagues but then dip considerably for the other markets.
Like most US online sportsbooks, SugarHouse shows you the odds in the normal American format. Of course, if you prefer the decimal system you can take the easy way out and use one of the many free, online odds converters. However, the fact that there’s a good explanation of how you can calculate decimal odds should you wish to, leads me to award an extra brownie point in this SugarHouse online sportsbook review.
Additional details related to odds
Inplay odds
Inplay betting at SugarHouse is relatively seamless, with the odds changing in real time. This means that there’s a good chance the odds will change between the time you add the bet to your betslip and when you actually place it. In this case, SugarHouse will alert you with a small popup, so that you’ll need to manually approve the new odds if you still want to take the wager forward. The live betting experience is smooth and lag pretty non-existent, with odds being updated constantly.
Payments — six ways to deposit at SugarHouse sportsbook
SugarHouse offers six payment methods, which is pretty standard for US online sportsbook. These cover the most popular options: online banking/ACH, cash at the Golden Nugget casino cage in Atlantic City, cash, SugarHouse Play+ card, Paypal and credit or debit cards.

As is the norm for all online sportsbooks, each deposit and withdrawal method comes with different processing times as well as different limits, but these are all clearly laid out in the help center that is part of the top menu.
For withdrawals, SugarRush typically processes within 24 hours, in some cases even faster: SugarHouse Play+ Card funds can be withdrawn immediately, as can cash funds. Online banking will take longer, sometimes up to five business days as per normal banking processes, while if you request a check by mail expect to wait for anything between 10 to 14 business days.

I found the deposits and withdrawal options at SugarHouse to be perfectly adequate — not remarkable, but nothing to seriously complain about either. The options cover all the bases and cater for everyone’s banking preference, whether you prefer to deal in cash, cards, or online.
I do applaud the platform for not charging any fees whatsoever, including for withdrawals. Rather predictably, you can’t withdraw using PayPal, which is understandable given the charges that would be levied on the platform.
Given how well-equipped the Help center is, I was surprised to find that the accepted credit cards are not listed. But it didn’t take too long to get a reply via their live chat — VISA and Mastercard. Again, the obvious names, but it wouldn’t hurt to have them visible. Worth noting is that American Express is strangely absent.
I consider SugarHouse as a good all-rounder, so I can’t understand why more popular e-payment methods like Skrill and Neteller are not included, especially as they’re available at popular rivals like Bet365.
One less usual method of depositing and withdrawing money at this platform involves visiting the casino cage at Grand MGM in Atlantic City. Why Grand MGM, you might ask? Well, given that SugarHouse is owned by Rivers Casino, which is in Philadelphia, this would have presented a problem for New Jersey sports betting players.
I’m not sure just how often this option gets used, given that the whole point of online gambling sites is to avoid having to go anywhere, but it’s nice to know it’s there. Should you actually decide to withdraw via the casino cage, make sure you get the withdrawal approved from the Cashier tab first. This can take up to 72 hours.
Although SugarHouse used to have a deposit limit of $25,000, this has now been removed. Withdrawal limit is $25,000 per transaction — not the highest of limits, but then again this is neither a weekly nor a monthly limit. So, if I really want to I can simply split my withdrawal request.
My one gripe is that while most withdrawal turnarounds are listed as instant or within 24 hours. SugarHouse’s fine print gives them a loophole of up to three days. Given that in reality, the platform does keep to its 24-hour promise, my guess is that this is more of a safety net rather than something that happens regularly.

SugarHouse Play+ Card
SugarHouse sportsbook offers an in-house payment option that’s worth considering if you plan on using the platform regularly. This is an actual physical card that you’ll receive in the mail between 10 to 14 days after applying for it online. You can load it up with funds using a normal credit card, debit card or bank account.
I like this addition to the usual options, not only because both deposits and withdrawals are made using the same method, which is rare, but they’re also instant. You can also use the card at any ATM on the PULSE or NYCE network, or wherever Discover is accepted. It’s a nice perk to have that will cost you absolutely nothing and will facilitate your transactions with SugarHouse considerably.

SugarHouse sportsbook comes with the might of the award-winning Rush Street Gaming and Rivers Casino backing it, which is a seal of trust within itself. On the list of honors received by the group at the 2021 Best of Gaming Awards is Best Overall Sportsbook for BetRivers Sportsbook. BetRivers is the sister sports-betting offering to SugarHouse for US players outside of New Jersey and Pennsylvania. These awards are a good indication of the high standards that SugarHouse strives for.

I’ll start with the most glaring lack of SugarHouse sportsbook that I found here. For a sportsbook backed by a big name, and given that SugarHouse sportsbook has made such a good showing with the actual betting side of things, it’s disappointing to see that there isn’t an in-house responsible gambling platform in place.
However, all the responsible gambling tools are made available and they are also easy to access. Players will find all necessary information via the responsible gambling menu at the top of the page. This section details how to set deposit limits, spending limits, and time limits. Self-suspension for a minimum time period of 72 hours is also accessible via the Cool Down section in the drop down menu when you’re logged into your account.
Players are also linked to the New Jersey Casino Self-Exclusion Program, while those looking for more support will find links to 800Gambler and Gamblers Anonymous.
Like I said, all necessary tools are easily accessible, but SugarHouse sportsbook would certainly take a leap in quality in my book if it were to go the extra mile with an in-house platform.
Apart from this, all the standard technical safety measures, such as SSL encryption are present. The sportsbook operates under three licenses – the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement (NJDGE), the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board (PGCB) and the Connecticut Department of Consumer Protection, all of which offer an automatic guarantee of security measures.
My verdict? Perfectly adequate standards, but SugarHouse sportsbook is certainly not making any extra efforts in this respect. They probably figure that the licenses and the brand reputation of the owners, Rush Street Gaming, do the job on their own, and to a certain extent they’re not wrong.

- Detailed FAQ
- Very courteous
- Live support not 24 on 7
- No phone support
Now, this lack of round-the-clock support is where I get annoyed. We have an otherwise highly-scoring platform like SugarHouse sportsbook, which clearly cares about providing a quality experience to gamblers. I can see this easily from the level of attention that has gone into making the actual betting section user-friendly, informative and fair.
Then, they skimp on an element that’s so important to gamblers and that would really take this platform to a new level — 24 on 7 customer support. Yes, there’s a well-functioning customer support structure in place, including live support, but it’s only available between 9.30 and 2.00 EST.
Will this stop me from giving a wholehearted recommendation to SugarHouse sportsbook? Of course not. But it will stop me from giving them top marks.
I’ll give a brownie point for making a text support option clearly available and for not making me scour the fine print to find it, although I do wish they included a phone option. The live support option is not available as a sticky feature, but it’s permanently displayed as a link on the top menu, no matter which page you’re on. So that’s no big deal, really.
I can’t find fault with the overall support offering, but there certainly is room for some refinements.

Our experience with customer support
I found the support team very helpful and all my queries were resolved promptly and efficiently, both when I was logged in as a gambler and when I wasn’t. Whichever contact option you choose it’s very unlikely that you don’t receive a response within a few minutes if it’s within support hours, or a few hours later otherwise.
I did appreciate the fact that I was able to use live chat even when I wasn’t doing so as a registered player. Invariably, questions arise when choosing which sportsbook fits my needs best and I never understand why some platforms only make live support available if you’re already registered.
For the purposes of this SugarHouse sportsbook review I got in touch four times, twice by live chat and twice by email form, and I was satisfied with the responses. Heads up — they do tend to ignore the second part of a question. This happened to me twice, so each time I had to resend that part of the question as a separate query.
How user-friendly is the SugarHouse sportsbook platform?
SugarHouse sportsbook has a very easy-to-navigate interface, both on desktop and on mobile. The registering process takes only a few minutes and this includes claiming your sign-up bonus, which is made very straightforward.

One of the biggest strengths of SugarHouse sportsbook is its advanced and intuitive search and filtering system. You can easily search for by sport, by match, by popularity, league and live streams. Compared to the fiddly search systems used by even some of the big names like 888, this one is pure luxury.
Platform rating
- Fast registration
- Amazingly good filters
- Efficient delivery of information
- Possible rabbit hole of information overload
SugarHouse sportsbook is easily one of my top three online gambling platforms in terms of ease-of-use and convenient functions. The interface is easy on the eye and intuitive. Even if you’ve never placed a sports bet in your life, the design itself guides you towards what you’re after, complete with explanations.
I do love the little information icon that pops up next to every match, explaining the paylines and odds to those about to pop their sports betting cherry. The search bar is placed nicely and prominently to the left of the screen, and actually does what it’s supposed to do.
There’s another system of filters on the left column and on top, and I genuinely believe that the UX designer behind it deserves an award. I suspect it must have been an actual sports gambler, because the filters answered most of my questions before I actually asked them, and I barely needed to use the search box itself.
Since not many sportsbook platforms have these kinds of detailed filtering options, I did end up having some fun and going down a rabbit hole of filters. I mean, I managed to get to the J2 soccer league in Japan with a total of 2 clicks, which I found pretty impressive. Did I actually want to bet on the J2 league? Not particularly, as it’s not exactly an area I’m knowledgeable about. Ah, but wait. Another two clicks, this time on the tips section in the game’s interface, gave me at least enough working knowledge to place one moneyline bet. So I left feeling like I had learned something new, kudos SugarHouse.
A word about the registration process. More than by the fact it’s fast, I was impressed because as soon as I entered my ZIP code, a lot of other information like city and area were auto-filled. Filling forms can be very annoying, so even if this seems like a small thing it managed to put a smile on my face. If you already have a Rush Rewards or SugarHouse Casino4Fun account you can also link them for even faster registration.

SugarHouse sportsbook app
Yes, there’s an app available. It’s easy to download in the usual manner, via Google if you’re after SugarHouse app Android, and on your app store for iOS Apple users. If you’d rather use the normal interface on your mobile device, you can do this too. Mobile responsiveness is good, meaning you’ll still be able to access the entire search and filtering system.
We encountered no issues on Android, with the drop-down menu easy to use even on smaller screens. The live section also passed muster, with the odds responding as they should. However, there are a number of complaints about the iOS version on a few online gambling communities, so keep this in mind if you own an Apple device.
