We came back to ComeOn casino in November 2025 to see what upgrades they had made. In terms of games, one significant change is that the casino has diversified its software studio partnerships. It now hosts games from 18 providers, up from the original seven. Some of the new providers include Blueprint Gaming, Light & Wonder, and No Limit City. But the biggest upgrade has been reserved for its live games catalogue, which now boasts over 165 games, including 11 exclusive live tables in the Ruby Lounge. There are also around 50 live game shows, one of the bigger selections we’ve seen.
In other areas though, things haven’t improved since our last visit. Payment methods are still limited (Visa, Mastercard, and Interac for deposits, and Interac and MuchBetter for withdrawals). We expect to see at least 7-8 payment methods from a high-quality casino, so ComeOn can do better here. Withdrawal fees are also still in place, which is unfortunate since most other casinos don’t charge fees.
Lastly, we’d still like to see ComeOn implement a help centre or FAQ section to answer common questions about withdrawal times and fees, for example. This would save players from having to use the live chat.

The game providers I found in the casino are among the industry’s best, featuring the likes of Microgaming, Playtech, and Relax Gaming. Lesser-known providers like Octoplay and Oryx add variety to the game selection. I always like to see a balance between the big software studios and less commonly encountered ones. This helps ensure that the games don’t look the same as every other casino.
Eighteen providers is a sufficient number for most players, though I look forward to seeing ComeOn expand into more partnerships with different studios.
A major strength of ComeOn casino is that it has three live game providers. There aren’t that many studios providing live software, so I’m always pleasantly surprised when a casino’s live dealer lobby is powered by more than just one or two providers. Only Casumo beats ComeOn in this respect, with four providers.
Payment methods
ComeOn casino has just enough options for casino payments. These include credit/debit cards, e-wallets and prepaid cards. Available deposit options include Visa, Mastercard, and Interac. To withdraw, you can use Interac (once you have made at least one deposit by Interac), and MuchBetter. Note that you can only make a withdrawal once you have wagered your entire deposit.

The minimum deposit is low enough, though the withdrawal minimum is a bit high at C$20 (from my experience with other Ontario casinos, C$10 is a common and more palatable withdrawal minimum).
The major downside I cannot ignore is the withdrawal charges ComeOn casino imposes. It’s stated that after two monthly withdrawals the casino imposes a fee for subsequent withdrawals. It’s enough reason for me not to invest in the casino as most casinos do not have extra charges on any transactions.
Also not ideal is the lack of payment methods. Only credit cards and Interac are accepted for deposits, while there are even fewer methods for withdrawals. And to boot, you have to have made at least one Interac deposit before you can make Interac withdrawals. Which means if you only ever made Visa or Mastercard deposits, you can only withdraw via MuchBetter, an e-wallet. Very limiting.
I do consider the Quick deposit feature to be super convenient though. In the middle of the game you can recharge without having to navigate all the way to the cashier option.
The last complaint I will add is the lack of easy access to information that is vital for customers to gauge and learn more about the casino, which in this case is all that concerns payment methods and user transactions. You would expect that ComeOn casino has a help centre or a FAQ section for such topics which isn’t the case.

I wasn’t too impressed by the support options at ComeOn. As mentioned above, there wasn’t any FAQ or help centre that I could find, so I had to resort to either reading their legal terms and conditions or speaking to agent on live chat.
The live chat is gated by a bot, but it was fairly quick to bypass that and get to a human agent. The agent was friendly but it took a few attempts to get my queries about payment methods answered, as she initially gave contradictory information.
The absence of 24/7 live chat support is a disadvantage when considering it’s pretty common at other casinos. Twitter is another form of communication, although its response times are about equivalent to the live chat option or the email option. There is no phone option at all, which is also common in other casinos.
