Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer in Ontario, Canada. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change as the operator’s offer expands.
Expert verdict
This Dream Vegas review has covered everything from the live casino and online slots to customer support. One of the standout features is the sheer number of casino games on offer. In particular, the 50+ progressive jackpots available.
On top of this, Dream Vegas casino takes great pains to ensure this site is easy to use and navigate. There are clear menus both on the desktop and mobile versions though there is no Dream Vegas app for iOS users.
Elsewhere on Dream Vegas casino, there is strong support, great adherence to Ontario’s gambling laws and, of course, a good choice of different payment options. If there is a niggle, it’s just that the live casino section could be bigger.
Dream Vegas Ontario casino games
One of the great things about Dream Vegas Ontario casino is that it does offer a good selection of games. More than 3,500 are on offer here, covering an array of game types.
Not only can you find live games and table games galore in the game lobby, but you also have a vast selection of slots. And, if this wasn’t enough, there are also a significant number of progressive jackpots.
Once you have got online via your Dream Vegas casino login, you will have total access to all the games found here. And you can use the various filters to check out the different options.
Better still, some of the most popular slots are out there, ensuring you’ll have a great time. New games are regularly added so that you won’t get bored.

Impressively, Dream Vegas casino has over 50 different progressives on offer. And, there are a wealth of Megways games too. It does put this ahead of the rest in many areas.
Game types available
Games rating
- 2,600+ slots
- Top software providers
- Clear game categories
- Limited video poker choice
Dream Vegas provides over 3,500 titles, over 2,600 of which are slots. This rivals the likes of PlayOJO and explains the high rating I gave the casino in this area.
On top of that, Dream Vegas exceeded my expectations regarding the specific options within the slot categories, especially thanks to the 50+ progressives available. Even though I’ll admit that Wildz and Spinz have more jackpots available.
Okay, so where this casino doesn’t get quite such high marks is when we get to other sections of the site. With 40+ first-person games, Dream Vegas is still middling.
Professional dealers man the live casino, as one would expect. Even with over 50 games, this pales compared to 888casino, where you can find over 40 live roulette games alone and a bespoke live casino lobby.
That being said, I like that there are some more unusual game offerings here — you can find soft games in their category. And the casino games are from some of the stronger providers out there.
Software at Dream Vegas online casino
Dream Vegas casino has partnered with more than 120 different software providers. Some of these include huge names in the industry, such as Pragmatic Play for the live dealer games, Microgaming, Play’n GO, Evolution Gaming and more, besides for the rest.
Additionally, the casino not only focuses on offering games from big names but also has a wealth of smaller or independent studios on tap. This makes the selection of games incredibly eclectic.
A provider filter lists all the providers in one extensive section for ease of use. This means you can peruse the options very quickly.
And it’s easy to continue searching through the providers, too, as you can use the search bar to see if a provider you like is available at this online casino.

The only real downside here is that there is no bespoke software on offer. But, with so many providers available, it’s not actually anything that’s really missed. Impressively, most games can be played on a mobile too.
Available software
Software rating
- Over 120 providers
- Big names present
- Good live casino
- No bespoke software
It should be no surprise why I’ve rated the software so highly here. With 120 providers on offer, this far outstrips the likes of JackpotCity casino with just two providers at this time.
Because of this enormous selection, you’ll be hard-pressed to find any missing software developers, too, which is almost unheard of today. Better still, there are some obscure studios here too.
As I have outlined in this Dream Vegas casino review, it doesn’t matter that there is no bespoke software. This is most notable in the live casino section, as three providers are here.
This is better than most online casinos where one provider is often the norm — here’s looking back at you, 888casino. But let’s not pick on just one site, other online casinos, such as Zodiac, don’t even have live games.
Finally, you’ll never experience lag or lack of choice with so many providers. I enjoyed this, particularly in the live dealer section regarding live blackjack options — there are so many!
Payment methods: various different options
Dream Vegas offers players six payment methods. Card payments are supported for both deposits and withdrawals, and Canadian players will also be happy to know that Interac is also an option.
Not all methods are available for both deposits and withdrawals. PaysafeCard and Neosurf are deposit-only payment solutions. At this casino, Trustly is available for deposits, while bank transfer is one of the five withdrawal options.
The minimum deposit is set at C$20, while withdrawals have a lower minimum requirement at C$10. The upper withdrawal limit is capped at $5,000 per week.
The casino’s internal pending period can take up to two days. Withdrawals are then subject to your chosen payment gateway’s processing time.

Luckily, across the board there are no fees in place. At least not from Dream Vegas’ side. You will need to check with your bank though, just to make sure they don’t add any fees.
Payments rating
- Canadian-specific options
- Fee-free transactions
- Instant deposits
- Long processing period
- No e-wallets
- C$5,000 withdrawal limit
The selection of payment methods at Dream Vegas is a bit of a mixed bag. I liked having Visa, Mastercard, and Interac available for both deposits and withdrawals, and I appreciated the two prepaid deposit options too, especially PaysafeCard, which is very secure.
On the other hand, aside from Trustly and bank transfer, I wasn’t too happy not to have any e-wallet options at all. Casinos like Betano have seven payment methods, just like Dream Vegas, but this selection includes PayPal and Apple Pay.
As I hoped, all deposits were instant, with no exceptions, which was somewhat mollifying. But withdrawals can drag here since the pending period can take up to two days, and the C$5,000 weekly cap is too low, especially when you consider that operators offering bank transfer payouts normally set limits at C$50,000.
In future, I’d like to see an increase in maximum withdrawal limits, faster turnaround times, and some additional payments added, for instance, MuchBetter.
Safety features
The best online casinos have to maintain high levels of security if they are going to get a good rating from us. And Dream Vegas casino does just that. It has top security protocols in place to keep players at Dream Vegas safe.
First, the site is audited by eCOGRA which is one of the biggest names when it comes to RNG certification. This means that the site is checked for gaming fairness on a regular basis.
Additionally, Ontario has granted Dream Vegas a casino license, so it’s legal within the province. In other countries, this site is licensed by top jurisdictions such as the UK gambling commission and MGA as well.

The casino also offers a range of different responsible gambling protocols, something highlighted in other Dream Vegas reviews, not just ours. As such, players can get help immediately if they need it.

- Regularly audited

- No extra safety features
The first thing I looked at here was the SSL encryption. This prevents your data from being accessed and is one of the essential features all reputable casinos must have. Luckily, this online casino does have that URL-locked padlock symbol.
Despite having only 128-bit SSL encryption, compared to the 256-bit one at BetRivers, all your personal information shared with the site will be safe and secure.
Dream Vegas’s responsible gambling section is in line with what competitors like BetVictor and BetMGM offer. These included self-exclusion, cooling-off periods, and a range of spending and time limits. Nothing was missing, but I’ve seen casinos with more advanced responsible gambling commitment, so Dream Vegas doesn’t earn those extra browny points here.
In line with what I would expect here, the online casino also had KYC protocols. To play here, you must be over 21. If you can’t produce the required ID to prove your age, you won’t be able to make an account. Or, you may find that you can keep your account, but no withdrawals can be made.
Mobile features
These days, we like to access everything when out and about, not just at home. This casino does make that possible via a mobile betting platform available to Ontarians.
Impressively, you can access the site via your mobile browser site getting access to almost the entire game library when you do so. Essentially, if you’re looking to play games on the fly, there’s nothing easier.
For those who don’t mind downloading extra software to their phone, an Android app is available from the Google Play Store. Currently, there is no iOS version of the app on offer.,
As you might expect, the app is well-designed and offers a great way to play on the go. There’s no learning curve in place as the site matches precisely the layout and setup of the desktop site.
Everything is more condensed on the mobile site, both browser and app. You can find quick links at the bottom of the page, and smaller menus to avoid cluttering the interface.

Mobile rating
- App available for Android
- Gentle learning curve
- Mobile browser compatible
- No iOS app
- Some games missing
Generally, the mobile platform is no different from the desktop site, and that’s for both the app and the browser sites. I could find my way around much in the same way as the main platform.
Most casino games were also available in line with what operators like PartyCasino have. Similarly, some table games were missing, but like PartyCasino, most live games were very much present. I enjoyed sitting down to a game of Casino Hold’em while heading to work!
Overall, the app and mobile browser versions were virtually identical to the desktop site. And by that, I mean that the design and layout were identical, which I enjoyed.
Not only that, but the design is modern and pleasing to the eye. This is in direct contrast to sites like Casino Classic which has a supremely dated interface that’s just not enjoyable to use. Big points to Dream Vegas here!
Finally, and maybe this should have gone first, the installation process for the Android app is super easy. You don’t need to search for it in the app store, Dream Vegas casino has the direct link for you on their site. Talk about good service!
Customer support: speedy help
There are two channels for contacting the support team at Dream Vegas — a live chat and email. Contact via telephone or social media isn’t currently available.
There isn’t an FAQ or help section either. This means that some of the main queries you might have are not easily available to find out for yourself, forcing you to get in touch with the casino directly.
Support is available around the clock throughout the year. And, the live chat button is sticky, popping up on every page for easy access and minimal time wasted on searching for it.

Support rating
- Prompt responses
- 24/7 availability
- No help section
- No telephone support
Despite missing some rather essential support features (yes, I am talking about a help section), I still gave this a relatively high score in my Dream Vegas review.
Why, I hear you ask? In fairness, this online casino works exceptionally well for the most part. And the lack of any help section is alleviated by the speed and quality of the support.
Dream Vegas has 60-second response times, which beats scrolling through a FAQ section. I always like having an email option for when I don’t want to commit to a chat, and in my case at least, I received a helpful reply within a few hours.
Still, I really want Dream Vegas to provide me with a detailed, comprehensive help page. Even if chat is available and fast, the transparency of a black-on-white FAQ conveys more commitment than transient chats.
There is no telephone number, though I admit I wouldn’t be the first to go for this option.
Usability: simple interface
For any casino, the layout and design of the online casino must be simple and easy to get to grips with. Dream Vegas does manage to do just that across all its platforms.
The online casino is nicely designed, with an attractive colour scheme. And the general interface isn’t too cluttered, so you’re not going to get lost when navigating around. As such, it’s easy for both new and returning players.

That being said, some areas are lacking somewhat. For instance, while all the games are carefully categorized, there are no specific game filters for things like in-game features such as free spins, Megaways, etc.
However, the menus are minimal, and when you click on a tab, you are directed precisely where you want to go. With all the mobile and desktop platforms designed in the same way, this Dream Vegas review doesn’t have too much to complain about.

The general look of the site was good, but there was a more average loading speed for the desktop. This did seem to speed up when using Chrome over options like Firefox.
Usability rating
- Good game categories
- Simple design
- Clear menus
- Not the fastest site
Similar to issues with some other casino sites, the lack of any help section does make it hard to find information on Dream Vegas. As I mentioned early in this Dream Vegas review, this is nonexistent.
While this is a downer, other areas of the site work well. The general look and feel of the online casino is a good one. It has a modern design, putting it head and shoulders above the likes of Captain Cooks casino.
With so many games on offer, one of the main areas of concern for me was how to get through all these games to find what I wanted. Like Unibet casino, there’s a disappointing lack of filters here.
Okay, so it does beat out Unibet in one aspect, and that’s the fact that you can at least filter by provider. But, given the number of games, I’d like to see more filters for the theme, game features and more.
Strangely too, given the number of progressives on offer, the online casino didn’t have a specific game category for this. For a better score in this Dream Vegas review, I’d like filters added on the desktop and mobile sites.
