Editor's note
This review is based on the operator’s current offer in Ontario, Canada. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of the last update, but may be subject to change as the operator’s offer expands.
Expert verdict
Slot fans and bingo lovers will enjoy High Flyer’s mobile-optimized casino, featuring detailed games categories and a gamified loyalty program.
The casino’s exclusive Ready Play Gaming fusion slots, coupled with a Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming portfolio, guarantees quality and freshness. Still, this is a small casino with under 400 games, just five software providers, and no virtual or live-dealer table games.
While the withdrawal limits are a bit tight and more e-wallet options would be helpful, the range of banking options covers the most popular methods in Canada.
The range and availability of responsible gambling tools is one of the strongest I’ve seen. Together with its iTechLabs certification and efficient customer support, this makes for a safe and secure gaming platform.
Games
There are 360+ games available at High Flyer casino. The vast majority of these are slots, which include 20 progressive jackpots, 35+ Megaways, and seven slots with the Hold & Spin feature.
Players will find 38 exclusive titles by Ready Play Gaming. Money spinners, Reel Bingo, bingo, and crash games are also featured.

Baccarat Dare2Win is the only RNG table game available. There is no live casino at High Flyer either.
Games rating
- 97% average RTP
- Exclusive titles
- Gamified casino experience
- Just one RNG table game
- No live casino tables
- Small collection of 366 games
Given that table games tend to bump up a casino’s average RTP rate, I find High Flyer’s 97% payout rate one of its strong points. This makes it comparable to SpinAway, Casino Days, and other high-payout casinos in Ontario.
I enjoyed playing slots with exciting game mechanics like Hold & Spin. For a casino its size, I also appreciated the addition of crash games and bingo varieties.
Players on the hunt for exclusive games have a range of Ready Play Gaming fusion slots, which blends bingo with slot mechanics.
The main problem here is that this casino doesn’t cater for table games fans. There are no roulette or blackjack tables in RNG or live-dealer form, and just one first-person baccarat game.
A live casino section was previously available but it’s been removed until the casino irons out some compliance with the AGCO. I’ll be sure to keep an eye out and update this page if a live casino becomes available.
The slots library is still well below the 900 market average for Ontario, although the slot-to-progressives ratio is competitive. I’d like to see free demo play unlocked for non-registered and non-verified players.
For a more extensive and balanced games library with a similar or higher RTP rate, I’d turn to the likes of LeoVegas.
I will say that the casino is quite active in fostering community gaming. There are daily missions and tournaments, and the High Flyer Club loyalty program unlocks perks as you advance through the stages.
Software providers
High Flyer casino’s games catalog is mostly powered by Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, and Ready Play Gaming. There are also a few titles by Random Logic Games and Red Tiger Gaming.
Though High Flyer doesn’t have proprietary software, its Ready Play Gaming titles are exclusive.

Software rating
- 300+ Pragmatic Play games
- 70+ Hacksaw Gaming titles
- Ready Play Gaming fusion slots
- Only five game studios
- Many top-tier providers missing
- Two providers under-represented
The small games collection and the absence of a live casino can be explained by High Flyer’s limited partnership with casino software providers.
While it does work with high-profile brands like Pragmatic Play and Hacksaw Gaming, I couldn’t find any titles by Playtech, Play’n GO, or IGT, just to name a few of the industry giants I’d like to see on board. Five game studios is way below the 20–25 providers I normally expect to find.
Pragmatic Play fans will have 300+ titles to choose from, including multiple versions of Big Bass and Gates of Olympus. But with single-digit totals, Red Tiger Gaming and Random Logic Games are under-represented. The other three providers really do the heavy-lifting here.
Ready Play Gaming has a small portfolio and isn’t one of the giants, but it’s exclusive to High Flyer in Ontario. In fact, it’s operated by the same parent company. Its focus on unique fusion slots does help add variety to this otherwise struggling software portfolio.
I’d like to see High Flyer extend its selection of software providers to join the ranks of operators like BetVictor and Casino Days.
Payments
Deposits at High Flyer casino can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Interac, Instadebit, bank transfer, and eCheck.
The same methods are available for withdrawals, with the added option of eCashout.
The minimum deposit limit is C$20 and deposits are instant. Default withdrawal limits are set at C$50–C$2,000. Players can contact casino support agents to request withdrawal amounts outside this range.
The casino’s internal pending period can take up to 48 hours. Following the processing period, Instadebit offers same-day payout times.

Payments rating
- Secure and reputable payment providers
- Canada-specific banking methods
- Limit adjustment request via email
- C$50 minimum withdrawal limit
- No e-wallet options
- Slow withdrawals
I was mostly satisfied with the range of banking options at High Flyer. These cover the most widely-used casino payment methods in Canada.
I always expect to see Visa, Mastercard, and Interac at Ontario casinos, but eCheck is hard to come by with only a fifth of Canadian casinos accepting it.
These are all secure payment options, but I’d like to have some more wiggle room with digital wallets like Payz, which is available at around 75% of the reviewed casinos we monitor.
I’ve read reviews mentioning the availability of MuchBetter and Skrill, but these weren’t available to me at the cashier.
While I appreciated the option of contacting support staff in order to request withdrawals that fall outside the current range, C$50 is too high a payout minimum, even if it’s only a default.
While a daily C$2,000 max withdrawal should be fine for casual players, I’m more used to seeing payout limits in the C$10–C$5,000 range.
And finally, it must be said that High Flyer isn’t the fastest-payout casino around. The 48-hour processing period means you’re unlikely to get same-day payouts before your request is approved.

High Flyer’s approach to responsible gambling should be commended. I could set deposit and loss limits during registration, and once signed in, I could access the Safer Gambling page from the menu.
Besides setting limits, session time-outs, breaks of up to three months, and self-exclusion options, I could also set an hourly Reality check alert.
Under the settings, I could also toggle off promo notifications, which I also appreciated.
Beyond responsible gambling, High Flyer protects its players’ data and funds with 256-bit encryption. It’s also transparent about its auditing partner, which is also a plus.
I did find some negative player reviews online related to slow withdrawals and high wagering requirements. However, these were mostly from two years ago and the wagering terms have since been adjusted.
All things I considered, I’d recommend this platform as a safe online casino for Ontario players.
Customer support
Registered users can access customer support services through the main menu or by tapping on the Help button.
The home page advertises the availability of 24/7 live chat, email, toll-free phone support between 1PM–11PM EST, and social media contact options through Instagram.
The FAQs in the Help section cover information related to payments, loyalty levels, responsible gambling, security, account settings, and technical support.

Support rating
- 24/7 live chat
- Fast and efficient replies
- Detailed FAQs
- Inconsistent info on support channels
When I tested the live chat as a registered player, I was notified of an expected turnaround of less than one minute, and I received a reply from a human agent in seconds.
I was able to get my questions answered by a polite and professional team through live chat and email too. This is the kind of support offered by quality casinos in Ontario.
The Help section is easy to find and the FAQs were particularly effective in providing information about payment options and limits, which isn’t always the case at Ontario casinos.
The online casino page links to High Flyer’s Instagram profile and I also found profiles on Facebook and X. I noticed that the casino hasn’t updated these pages since 2023, though, so I wouldn’t count on their social media presence.
What I found strange was that only unregistered users are able to see the phone contact option. Once logged in, I wasn’t able to find the phone number anywhere. I think this is an easy issue to address.
Usability
High Flyer online casino can be accessed via a fully-responsive web browser on both desktop and mobile devices. Players have the option to download a desktop app.
The main menu bar is placed at the top on desktop and on the bottom on mobile versions. Here, you can access the cashier, settings, and account details, amongst other options.

The games library houses titles under several categories related to game mechanic, slot type, and provider. There is a search tab available but no additional filters.
Registration takes just a few seconds though verification can take longer until your documents are checked.
Your High Flyer Club status and progress bar are also displayed above.

Usability rating
- Clean and intuitive layout
- Helpful games categories
- Fully-optimized for mobile
- No additional search filters
- Sticky chat not always available
I appreciated the super clean and organised layout and design at High Flyer online casino. I didn’t need to scroll endlessly to find a tab in an overcrowded page. Everything I needed, from support to banking to settings, was available under the main menu.
I used the game categories to browse Pragmatic Play or Hacksaw titles and exclusive games. I particularly liked the 10c-spin category here. Some categories based on game mechanic are also available, so I could easily find the Hold & Spin titles.
I wasn’t able to download a mobile app for this casino, though the dynamic web browser worked just as fine on mobile. The full suite of games is available, and the software, payments portal, and help functions run smoothly.
I’d like to see more search filters added, especially for when the general categories just don’t cover what you’re after. Then again, this would be a more welcome addition once the casino expands its catalog.
I’d have liked it too if the thumbnails provided additional info. I’ve seen casinos providing the game studio, RTP, and variance once you hover over a slot.
One final minor qualm is that on some occasions, the mobile casino loaded up a sticky chat, but this wasn’t always the case. This is a minor issue because accessing the live chat takes just two clicks from the main menu.
