Expert verdict
FunzCity is a bit of a mixed bag. There’s a lot to like about the sweeps casino, but a lot of drawbacks as well.
Its main problem lies in the obscurity of its terms. It’s hard to find most information, making it not very accessible to newcomers. The small library doesn’t help either, especially when there are no live or table games to spice it up.
However, there’s plenty the casino does right as well. There are eight ongoing promos to keep the free currency flowing, not to mention a fast-loading site that’s nicely optimized for mobile. Gift card redemptions are especially great, with fast redemptions that have very low requirements.
Funzcity is a solid sweeps casino overall, but I get if there are too many drawbacks for you to fully enjoy it, and I think some players may have a better time at other sweepstakes casinos

FunzCity is following the same terms, bonus and state availability – basically with no changes since our last review. It did, however, change the parity of the City Coins to represent the equivalent of 1$.
The games and software areas grew consistently, as there are over 1,600+ games in their lobby. This is a major improvement during the past year, when FunzCity was only amassing 350 titles in its game lounge.
This does slightly change the overall score. With the addition of 15+ software provides and PayPal, ApplePay and Google Pay as part of their payment arsenal, , the rating needle does slightly move to an honorable 82/100 Expert rating points.
State differences

How does FunzCity casino work?
FunzCity uses two types of virtual currency — Fun Coins (FC) and City Coins (CC). Both can be gained through promos, purchase packages, or won through gameplay.
You automatically collect a fixed amount of FCs after registration, but you can also accumulate more through the Mystery Box feature. Same as other sweepstakes casinos, the FCs have no real monetary value, so they can’t be exchanged, traded, or transferred for actual currency.

Other ongoing promos include daily missions centering around particular games, and prize drops that award 150 lucky winners with CC coins. You’ll need to spend 20 CC per round to qualify for the prize drop. Upon moving up the ladder in the VIP club and receiving different wheel upgrades, more FC and CC can be redeemed.
Finally, FunzCity awards players with 500,000 FC and 25 CC for every person they refer to the casino, provided the referral purchases a package worth at least $19.99. The referral will also get an additional 400,000 FC and 5 CC. There is no limit on how many friends you can refer.

FunzCity seems to tick almost all the right boxes in terms of bonus variety, addressability, and overall amounts. The daily missions are incredibly easy to fulfill, for example, spin the reels of a slot 10 times which also rewards you with 100 FC.
I’m just not a fan of the welcome bonus not having any CC, leaving your CC up to luck with the Mystery Box. It’s a shame since the FC amount awarded is great, but your gameplay with CC is drastically limited.
Still, there are enough sweeps bonuses that you’ll eventually get a good helping of CC. I do wish the terms for the bonuses were easier to find, but I’m glad there’s enough to keep me comfortably playing.

To be blunt, the score should be lower here. No phone support is bad enough, but FunzCity has an absolute joke of an FAQ that might as well not be there.
However, the live chat team really stepped up. 24/7 live chat is rare enough at sweeps casinos, but FunzCity’s team also offers fast and helpful responses.
If I’m being honest they’ve saved several sections of this FunzCity casino review. Without an FAQ, the terms for most things such as bonuses and payments are extremely hard to find. I’ve had to rely on the live chat team several times, and each time they were able to provide me with a detailed answer.
