This review is based on the operator’s current offer. Data and analysis below are accurate at the time of publishing, but may be subject to change.
Expert verdict
Rich Sweeps had a good game plan when it launched in the market. There are some areas that I think need some tweaking, but the overall offering remains one of the best sweepstakes casinos I’ve encountered.
To start with 2,350+ games is fantastic, especially when you see what’s on offer. 79 live games is a big win for Rich Sweeps. Those 2,350+ games are also being covered by 40 software providers, which include big names like Pragmatic Play, Relax Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming.
When it comes to bonuses, you can expect weekly promos to get an extra boost for your coin packs, plus a friend referral bonus and a VIP program. The welcome bonus, admittedly, could have more to it. 50,000 GC is great, but that 1 SC is disappointing. Luckily, you can boost those SC by purchasing a welcome package.
The main area that Rich Sweeps needs to work on is redemptions. The payment options are great, and there are even four cryptocurrencies. However, you can only make cash prize redemptions, which is a problem if you’re a player who might want a gift card. Plus, there’s a 100 SC redemption minimum, which is too high.
Overall, my main takeaway from my Rich Sweeps casino review is that Rich Sweeps has what it takes to compete with many of the much bigger sweeps casinos and has all its bases covered, making it an ideal new sweeps casino for both newbies and veteran players.
State differences
Rich Sweeps is available in 40 states, which excludes Idaho, Delaware, Washington, Nevada, Michigan, Hawaii, Connecticut, Montana, Louisiana, and New York.
For players from Florida, the maximum redemption value during any month is $5,000.
How does Rich Sweeps casino work?
Rich Sweeps has two virtual coins: Gold Coins (GC) and Sweeps Coins (SC). GC are used to play for fun. They can’t be redeemed or exchanged for prizes or money, but you can purchase them in coin packs. You can also win additional GC in social media giveaways and the regular promotions at Rich Sweeps.
SC are different. You can’t purchase them, but they’re often included as a freebie in the GC packs, and they can also be awarded in promotions. When you’ve reached the minimum of 100 SC, you can redeem them for a sweeps cash prize.
Bonuses and loyalty at Rich Sweeps
When you sign up at Rich Sweeps, you’ll be awarded the welcome bonus of 50,000 GC and 1 SC. After that, you can take your daily spin on the wheel for the chance to win more free GC and SC.
There are three welcome packages on offer for players to choose one:
- First package: $9.99 – 200,000 GC + 30 SC, 200% increase
- Second package: $24.99 – 300,000 GC + 50 SC, 100% increase
- Third package: $49.99 – 400,000 GC + 65 SC, 30% increase
These packages are there to give your bankroll a boost when you’re starting out at the sweeps casino. Paying $9.99 on a coin pack typically awards 10,000 GC and 10 SC, so these packages are a big increase.

Rich Sweeps has some regular promotions that you can get every week. These are the Monday 10% Package Boost, the Wednesday 15% Package Boost, the Thursday 15% Coinback, and the Friday 20% Package Boost.
The package boosts add something extra to your package purchased on the day. This could be additional coins, but the Friday package boost specifically awards 20% more SC. The Thursday coinback awards up to 15% back in SC based on your weekly activity.
Rich Sweeps also has a sweeps VIP program, which players can join via Telegram. This entitles you to a VIP manager who can award you personalized bonuses, purchase boosts, and more benefits. There are also VIP-only events and private bonus drops you can enjoy.
Another way to get personalized bonuses is via the live chat. You can speak with the agent and ask for a boost or a bonus, and the agent will award you a personalized bonus. This can also be done by calling the call center.
Follow Rich Sweeps on social media and keep an eye out for its social media giveaways. These can be found on Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram. Finally, for an extra bonus, you can refer your friends to Rich Sweeps using your referral link to earn a commission based on their gameplay.
Bonus rating
- Weekly package boosts
- High GC welcome bonus
- 3 purchase packages
- Only 1 SC in welcome bonus
It’s hard not to compare Rich Sweeps to its sister sweeps casino, SpeedSweeps. The bonus offering is almost identical, and that’s a good thing. These two casinos have a strong bonus offering for their players.
The weekly promos are very cool, and they’re pretty unique based on what I’ve seen in the industry. I haven’t come across many sweeps casinos that offer so many weekly promos. Rich Sweeps’ Friday bonus is probably the best one, with a 20% SC boost.
The VIP club sounds great too, although it isn’t a tiered system. It does offer additional ways to grab more bonuses, which I know players will like.
The biggest letdown with Rich Sweeps is that it only awards 1 SC with its welcome bonus. 50,000 GC is great for a welcome bonus, but that 1 SC looks pretty sad next to it. Casino.click awards 100,000 GC and 2 SC – literally double Rich Sweeps’ welcome bonus.
The welcome packages do offer the chance to seriously boost your SC, though, and of course, the daily spin on the wheel is a nice way to earn some extra GC and SC.
Games available at Rich Sweeps
Rich Sweeps has 2,350+ games available. Its game library consists of slots, table games, fish games, and a live casino section. The live casino section has live dealer tables and game shows.
There are 2,160+ slots at Rich Sweeps. This includes 52 Megaways and 44 Hold and Win games. The two major slot filters are joker slots and sweet slots. There are 21 joker slots and 37 sweet slots. Under the fish games filter, there are 34 games available.
There are a few mini games, like Mines and Plinko, but there isn’t a filter for these games, so you need to use the search bar.

There aren’t many game shows, but you’ll find popular ones like Crash Live and The Kickoff. Rich Sweeps also doesn’t currently offer progressive jackpots, but the sweeps casino has confirmed they’ll be added soon.

Games rating
- 2,350+ games
- 79 live games
- 3 live poker tables
- No jackpots
A game offering like this is hard to beat. 2,350+ right out of the gate is impressive. There are much bigger sweeps casinos that don’t have as many games available. WOW Vegas has 1,000+ and Stake.us has 1,200+.
Plus, you’ve got to appreciate the variety available in those 2,350+ games. Slots, table games, live games, mini games, fish tables; it’s all here.
The 79 live games is equally impressive. I’ve sometimes come across sweeps casinos that offer just four live games. Most offer an average of 25 games, so 79 live games is really putting Rich Sweeps on the map. Rich Sweeps even has three live poker tables, which is rare. Many sweeps casinos don’t carry poker at all.
There aren’t many game shows, but if those are added down the line, it can only improve Rich Sweeps’ rating. Jackpots would also be a super addition to the current game offering, so I look forward to seeing those included soon.
Software providers for Rich Sweeps
There are 40 software providers contributing to Rich Sweeps. This includes key providers like Pragmatic Play, Hacksaw Gaming, Relax Gaming, and NetEnt. KA Gaming has the largest share of games, contributing 707 games. Pragmatic Play is next in line with 530 games.

There isn’t any bespoke software at Rich Sweeps, but all of the games are available online with no need to download.

Rich Sweeps had a strong start when it came to software providers. Having 40 providers at the time of launch is impressive, especially when you see some of the names on the list. I was pleased to see games from Pragmatic Play, KA Gaming, and Hacksaw Gaming. These are providers that sweep casino players look out for, because they guarantee quality.
It also means we’re treated to popular games like Pragmatic’s Big Bass Bonanza and Gates of Olympus.
Plus, besides all that, Rich Sweeps works with two live casino providers. This isn’t common, and it means the sweeps casino offers 70 live casino games, which is one of the biggest live casino offerings I’ve come across.
Payment methods accepted at Rich Sweeps
Rich Sweeps has a range of payment options available that cover credit and debit cards, bank transfers, e-wallets, and cryptocurrency. For purchases, you can use debit and credit cards of Mastercard, VISA, and Discover. You can also use bank transfers, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Skrill, Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, and Cash App.
The cryptocurrencies available at Rich Sweeps are Bitcoin, Ethereum, Tether (USDT), and USDC. The latter two are available on the ERC20, BEP20, and TRC20 networks.

For redemptions, you can use debit cards, cryptocurrencies, and bank transfer. Your account needs to be verified before requesting a redemption, and the minimum redemption amount is 100 SC. You can redeem a maximum of $3,000 per day; however, if you’re in Florida, the maximum redemption value during any month is $5,000.
Only cash prizes are available for redemption at this time. It can take up to 10 days to process the payment of any redeemed prizes. Prizes of $600 or more can take longer to process. All virtual coins will expire if there has been no gameplay for 60 consecutive days.
Rich Sweeps also has three rules in place to prevent the abuse of coins. If your balance has more than 5 SC, you can’t purchase a promo package. You also can’t purchase a regular package if you’ve got 5 SC and have purchased a promo package. Lastly, Purchase Boosts won’t be applied to players with a balance of 5 SC or more.

Payments rating
- Mixed payment methods
- 4 cryptocurrencies available
- 100 SC redemption min
- No gift card redemptions
Rich Sweeps has got variety down when it comes to payments. The choice of credit and debit cards, e-wallets, bank transfer and cryptocurrency is great, as it means there are payment options for every kind of player. I especially liked how many e-wallets and cryptocurrencies were available.
I think what really stood out to me is that there were three options for redemptions, where typically I just find one, which is always bank transfers.
Unfortunately, redemptions aren’t as good as they could be. To start with, you can only make cash prize redemptions. While those are great, it would be even better to have the choice to redeem a gift card instead.
Plus, the redemption minimum is 100 SC, which is high. 100 SC takes a long time to build up to, and it’s too high in the industry. Hello Millions, for instance, has a minimum redemption of 50 SC for cash redemptions, and also offers gift card redemptions for just 10 SC.
Is Rich Sweeps safe?
Rich Sweeps has 256-bit encryption with RSA technology. In the FAQs, it also assures players that all spins played at the sweeps casino are random and based on a provably fair model.
The verification process is simple. You’ll need to provide a copy of your ID, a real-time face scan, and your SSN. Verification is done securely via Veriff, and it’s completed instantly. You might also be asked to provide a copy of a utility bill as proof of address, and a source of wealth or funds, like a payslip or bank statement.

Rich Sweeps has a dedicated RG page, which contains information on how to play safely to avoid falling into bad habits, common misconceptions in gambling, and professional organizations players can reach out to for help. These are GAA, the FCAA, and the NFCC.
The RG page also lists the tools available for players to use to either control their limits or access the sweeps casino. The limit control tools are purchase and wager limits, which can be set up on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis. These can be applied via your account or by contacting customer support.
If players need to limit their access, they can take a break or use self-exclusion. The take a break tool is available for a designated period, while self-exclusion can be applied for a set period or even indefinitely. Players can also choose to permanently close their account. These tools are also set up by applying them via your account or by contacting customer support.
Safety rating
- 5 RG tools available
- Dedicated player safety page
- Time limits not defined
- Coin type not defined
I was satisfied with Rich Sweeps’ technical security. 256-bit encryption with RSA technology is good, and knowing that all the games available are provably fair is always a good sign.
I was also happy with what I found when it came to RG. A dedicated page is always important, and Rich Sweeps has external resources alongside its own tips to help you play safely.
As for the tools, five RG tools is great. Setting wager and purchase limits are a good way to control your spending in the sweeps casino, and when you need time away, you can take a break or use self-exclusion.
The only things the RG page doesn’t list are the coin types you can apply the wager limits on, and how long you can take a break or use self-exclusion for. Typically breaks are given for a minimum of one day up to three or six months, and self-exclusion starts at six months and can be set up indefinitely. Having these details would give a more accurate picture of the RG support available.
Rich Sweeps is on the right track when it comes to RG, and with some small tweaks it would be perfect. A sweeps casino that’s got its RG approach nailed down is Golden Hearts Games. It’s even got a partnership with Birches Health, offering players a direct support line.
Reaching out to support at Rich Sweeps
Support is available 24/7 at Rich Sweeps via the live chat widget. The live chat is available even to non-members. When you first open the live chat, you’ll speak with a bot that can provide detailed responses to a range of questions that you need to select. If you need a human agent, you can ask for one and you’ll be put through immediately.
Email support is available Monday–Friday. Rich Sweeps says it can take between 12 to 24 hours to get an answer at times, but the responses are on par with the live chat.

In the sidebar menu, you can also find a shortcut to the tickets page. This is where you can open a ticket with customer support. You need to be logged in to use this, since the sweeps casino will reach out to you via your account.
Rich Sweeps also has an FAQs section with a few key questions that cover getting started, collecting SC, what are SC, account details, technical problems, self-exclusion, and other general questions.
Support rating
- 24/7 live chat support
- 4 support methods available
- Speedy email respone times
- No phone support
The customer support offered is one of Rich Sweeps strongest aspects. A 24/7 live chat always wins big points at a sweeps casino, especially when the support received is transparent and helpful. I liked that I can use the bot at first to get answers to standard questions, a bit like an FAQs section, but as soon as I need an agent, I can request one.
It’s giving players exactly what they need on their terms. There’s also the option for email support and the ticket system if those are your preferred route of support. The agents there provide the same level of support, but there is a longer wait time, whereas the live chat is instant.
The agents I spoke with on the live chat were very friendly and happy to guide me through my queries, which creates a positive live chat experience, making it a reliable source of support.
The FAQs are decent, although there’s room to include a few more questions. Between the formal FAQs section and the bot in the live chat, you should be more than covered.
The only thing missing from the Rich Sweeps support line up is phone support. If you’re a player who prefers to get on the phone, Stake.us is known for having great phone support.
The usability of Rich Sweeps’ platform
Rich Sweeps has an appealing design, with a naturally intuitive UX. There isn’t a theme, apart from the crown motif in the logo, and the predominant colours are dark green and dark blue.
Navigation at Rich Sweeps is simple, especially with the sidebar menu on the left of the page. This contains useful shortcuts to major pages like promotions, responsible gaming, support tickets, and the different game filters that you can find in the game lobby.

There are game filters for almost all of the game types offered at Rich Sweeps. Slots are broken down into all slots, joker and sweet slots, and there are also filters for table games, fish games, live casino, popular games, and new releases.
You can also search for games using the search bar, or you can filter games according to type or provider.

Filters for Megaways and Hold and Win games, along with other types of slot genre like animals, aren’t available, and the live casino section doesn’t have filters for different table games or game shows.
Rich Sweeps doesn’t have a mobile app, but the site does well on mobile browser. It’s responsive and scrolling is smooth. If you’re an Apple user, Rich Sweeps works on Safari, although I experienced a much slower loading time.
Usability rating
- Works well on mobile
- User-friendly navigation
- No mobile app
- Limited game filters
Like its sister sweeps casino, SpeedSweeps, Rich Sweeps has a welcoming design that gives you a warm welcome, which is helped along by its great UX. There’s very little to complain about here.
The colors are nice and blend well, and there’s a playfulness to the overall style that isn’t distracting. The sweeps casino was clearly designed with the user’s experience in mind, leading to an overall positive navigation experience.
The only area I feel needs improvement is the game filters. What’s available is a good start, but I feel there’s room to include a few more to give players quick access to popular game types, like Megaways. When certain filters aren’t available, the only way to know if certain games are available is by searching for them.
This especially applies to mini games. There’s a variety of mini games and without a core filter, you wouldn’t ever find the full range available unless you know what to put in the search bar. With 2,369 games available, you don’t have time to scroll through the entire catalog until you find what you’re looking for.
