I found the support options at McLuck to be a rather mixed bag and pretty unclear at times.
As an example, there’s a ‘Help Center’ link on the main menu but these pages have no links to the contact form. I needed to look in the footer for a link to that and the phone numbers. It would be great if all the help options were in a single location and easier to find.
