Pulsz Bingo sweepstakes review
Launched by Yellow Social Interactive in 2022, Pulsz Bingo is the sister site of Pulsz Casino. This means I was still able to access familiar sweepstakes promos and casino games. I also made redemptions, contacted support, and tested the overall user experience.
For the full breakdown of my experience, with all its pros and cons, check out my Pulsz Bingo review below.
- Android and iOS apps
- Reputable payment methods
- Well-known software providers
- No live customer support option
- Few on-site promos
- No game demos

Pulsz Bingo felt like a sweepstakes platform with a few extras. Its multiplayer bingo rooms give it a distinct identity, but there’s also plenty of variety in promos and games. I did expect more bingo content and better support, but the quality is all there. I’d definitely recommend trying it out for yourself.
Pulsz Bingo promotions
Along with recurring bingo promos, Pulsz Bingo also offers sign-up rewards, first-purchase offers, daily spins, jackpots, and VIP perks.

Welcome offers
By simply registering an account, I was credited with 5,000 Gold Coins (GC) and 2 Sweepstakes Coins (SC). Aside from this, there were also three first-purchase promos available, from which I could only pick one.
I went for the $19.99 bundle, which granted me 400,000 GC, 40 SC, 460 VIP Points, and 20 free spins. The other options offered 200,000 GC, 20 SC, and 110 VIP Points for $9.99, or 100,000 GC, 10 SC, and 45 VIP points for $4.99. Neither one included free spins.
Selecting a first-purchase pack also grants additional benefits, such as access to live chat and exclusive games. Unless stated otherwise, free SC gained through promos comes with a 1x playthrough requirement.
Daily and weekly promotions
Not long after registering an account, a pop-up appeared allowing me to claim my first Daily Login reward. This was presented to me in the form of a spinning wheel divided into eight segments themed around Halloween. Testing took place in October.
The segments mainly consisted of varying GC and SC prizes, plus a couple of free spin rewards:
- 4,000 GC + 20 SC
- 2,000 GC + 10 SC
- 1,000 GC + 5 SC
- 200 GC + 1 SC
- 100 GC + 0.5 SC
- 50 GC + 0.1 SC
- 10 SC spins
- 5 SC spins
There’s also a daily bingo promo available in the Feature 90 room from 6 – 7 PM PST (Pacific Standard Time). Known as the Happy Hour session, it features 10 games with top prizes of 10,000 GC or 20 SC per game.
A separate jackpot bingo promo is also available every day from 5 – 7 PM PST. The Hot to Drop Jackpot Party is available in the Club 75 room and has daily jackpots of 500,000 GC + 1,000 SC, rising to 1 million GC + 2,000 SC on Fridays.
Elsewhere, the Monster Midweek Madness runs from Wednesday to Thursday every week. During this time, the Power Blast feature on the Lucky Pots x1000 slot can trigger free spins, multipliers, and drops, with a prize pool of 1 million GC + 4,000 SC.
Pulsz Bingo also runs a Friday Night Party in Club 75 every week. It offers 2 million GC + 4,000 SC in prizes, including extra rewards through The Big One bingo game.
Finally, Freeplay Heaven runs 24/7, with free bingo games available every 30 minutes. Entering the room gives you six free tickets for the next game, with each round offering up to 2,500 GC or 5 SC.
Loyalty program and VIP tiers
The Pulsz Bingo VIP sweepstakes program features six loyalty tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Royal Diamond. To climb the tiers, you can earn VIP Points by making purchases and levelling up. You need 150 VIP Points to progress from Bronze to Silver.ges.
| VIP tier | GC package multiplier | VIP Points at level-up |
|---|---|---|
| Bronze | x1 | x1 |
| Silver | x1.25 | x2 |
| Gold | x1.5 | x3 |
| Platinum | x1.75 | x4 |
| Diamond | x2 | x5 |
| Royal Diamond | x2.25 | x6 |
Beyond that, Pulsz Bingo states that other perks can include special offers, extra prizes, and custom package deals. However, due to a lack of available information, I was not able to get a clear breakdown of each tier.
Referrals, social media giveaways, and other perks
If your friend purchases a $9.99 GC bundle after signing up through your referral link, you’ll be entitled to 8,000 GC + 40 SC. So long as your friend has not previously created an account with Pulsz Bingo or its casino arm, there’s no limit to the number of referrals.
For competitions, giveaways and free coins, it’s worth keeping an eye on your inbox and following Pulsz Bingo on its social media channels like Facebook, Instagram, and X. Elsewhere, Pulsz Bingo offers 5 SC for every valid handwritten mail-in request.
Bonus rating
91/100 Huge variety with strong bingo rewards
- Strong daily and weekly bingo offers
- Multiple recurring jackpot promos
- Good value first-purchase packs
- Overlapping promos and unclear VIP details
The amount of ongoing promos available was enough to make my head spin. Every time I thought I had seen everything, something new popped up that I hadn’t noticed before. It’s seriously impressive and the tie-in to bingo-related content feels fitting.
There’s also more than enough to keep you entertained with free spins and social media giveaways. My main complaint is that the VIP program lacks clarity and that several promos overlap with one another, which can make it confusing to keep track of things.
Regardless, it’s a good problem to have. The setup reminds me a bit of Big Pirate, which features a host of gamified rewards and perks. However, Pulsz Bingo has a stronger mix of SC rewards alongside daily bingo promos, jackpots, and free games.
Pulsz Bingo registration
Pulsz Bingo registration
I had my Pulsz Bingo account up and running in about a minute. I signed up by linking my Google account, although Facebook registration was also available. After entering some basic details and enabling location access, I was in.
As soon as I logged in, several promo pop-ups appeared, including one for the Daily Spin Bonus. Until I made a purchase, pop-ups for first-purchase offers kept appearing every time I logged in.
Pulsz Bingo games library
When including bingo variants, I counted a total of 963 games available. These titles are split across 25 software developers, plus Pulsz Bingo’s own in-house games.
Booming Games contributed the most titles with 122. This is followed by Playson with 107 and 3 Oaks Gaming with 94 games.
Bingo games
Naturally, Pulsz Bingo features a number of bingo variants, including Classic Bingo with Feature 90, Club 75, and Freeplay Heaven. These consist of scheduled multiplayer rooms, with 75-ball and 90-ball formats available.
There are also four other bingo games that you can play anytime. Nineball, Pachinko 3, and Showball 3 are instant-play variants played solo against the computer. Big Wheel Bingo is also played solo, but features a more interactive, skill-based element.
Slots and jackpots
The ‘Slots’ tab consisted of 279 titles. However, given the total game count and the fact that most entries are slots, it was clear that the Slots tab is incomplete. That said, separate tabs for Megaways and tumbling reel mechanics held 11 and 33 slots respectively.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Expert’s pick | Feature 90 |
| Slots | N/A |
| Popular slot | Classic Dice |
| Jackpots | 7 |
| Top jackpot | Aztec Fire 2: Hold and Win |
| Table games | 6 |
| Popular table game | Club 75 |
| Live games | 21 |
| Popular live game | Gravity Blackjack |
| Average RTP | N/A |
| Demo-play availability | Registered players only |
Another tab for progressive jackpots featured seven titles supplied by Playson. The Hold and Win tab covered 42 games, although some games like Classic Dice clearly do not belong here.
There’s also a tab for classic slots, featuring simple grid layouts with traditional symbols like fruit, coins, and sevens.
Table and live games
Pulsz Bingo features a tab dedicated to table games with six titles. These include two blackjack variants, one from BGaming and another from ICONIC21. There’s also a poker game provided by Evoplay called Texas Hold’em Poker 3D.
The remaining games appear misplaced. They consist of three titles with mechanics that resemble instant-win gameplay rather than table games. These are Mines, Classic Dice, and Hilo.
The Live Social Casino tab is home to 21 titles and features a strong mix of roulette and blackjack variants. Other niche live entries include Gravity Sic Bo, Teen Patti, and Gravity Wheel.
All live games are supplied by ICONIC21. However, it’s worth noting that once again there are titles in this tab that don’t belong here: Bubble Craps and Bubble Crapless Craps.
Other available game types
Pulsz Bingo is home to several exclusive and branded titles from providers like Booming Games and BGaming. These include Plinko variants, arcade-style games, and crash titles like Pulsz Aviators.
Original Pulsz Bingo content can also be found in its Bingo tab, including Club 75, Feature 90, and Freeplay Heaven.
The Pulsz casino games are only available to registered and logged-in players. There are no demo versions available. However, clicking on a game tile will give you information related to the volatility, orientation, top prize, and minimum and maximum possible coin values you can play.

Games rating
92/100 Great bingo rooms, but filtering needs work
- Scheduled multiplayer bingo rooms
- Includes slots, table games, and live content
- Expected more bingo content
- Poor filtering makes browsing frustrating
With under 1,000 games, Pulsz Bingo doesn’t quite reach the heights of larger sweep sites like Zula casino with over 2,400 titles. However, I feel like it doesn’t really need to. The scheduled multiplayer bingo rooms make the library feel unique.
The additional solo bingo variants are a nice touch, although I’ll admit I expected more bingo content overall. Still, the focus seems to be on quality over quantity. Besides, the inclusion of table games, live content, and exclusive entries adds much-needed variety.
My biggest gripe is how poorly the games are organized. The Slots tab is incomplete, categories overlap, and there are just too many games that have clearly been placed in the wrong category. This all makes finding specific games a bit frustrating at times.
Pulsz Bingo payments
I identified 11 purchase methods at Pulsz Bingo, including seven card options: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, UnionPay, JCB, and Diners Club. Other methods included PayPal, Skrill, Trustly online banking, and instant bank transfers.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Number of payment methods | 8 |
| Popular payment | Mastercard |
| Minimum purchase | $1.99 |
| Maximum purchase | $149.99 |
| Average purchase time | Instant |
| Prize redemption | Through Sweepstakes Coins |
| Minimum prize redemption | 10 SC (for gift cards); 100 SC (for cash prizes) |
| Average prize-redemption time | 48-72hr |
When it comes to sweepstakes payouts, I came across four verified methods: instant bank transfers, Trustly online banking, Skrill, and Prizeout gift cards.
Purchase methods
After testing all main purchase types, including cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers, all my purchases were credited immediately or shortly after payment. However, there were a few things worth taking note of.
Trustly required linking a checking/savings account, while instant bank transfers required a few additional personal details. For Skrill purchases, Pulsz Bingo instructs users to select ‘No’ when asked if funds will be used for gambling.
In total, I came across eight GC packages, with the cheapest one earning you 30,000 GC for $1.99. For free SC with your purchase, the most affordable option starts at $9.99 and gets you 55,000 GC + 10 SC. The most expensive gets you 2 million GC + 150 SC for $149.99.
It’s important to also note that card purchases may incur a 1% – 3% foreign transaction fee. This is because Pulsz Bingo uses different payment providers to process payments, which may at times be recognized by your bank as foreign.
Redemption methods
For most methods, the minimum redemption request per transaction at Pulsz Bingo is 100 SC, with 1 SC equivalent to $1. However, when using gift cards, the minimum drops down to 10 SC per transaction.
While I myself didn’t reach such heights, Pulsz Bingo’s Sweepstakes Rules reserve the right to cap redemptions at $10,000 per day. Residents in Florida are restricted to a cap of $5,000 per redemption.
When it comes to receiving redemption prizes, internal processing at Pulsz Bingo can take up to 48 hours or longer in some cases. After that, Skrill redemptions can take three to four hours after processing, while Trustly banking and bank transfers can take three to five business days.
Whatever your preferred method may be, bear in mind that redemption requests exceeding $2,500 may take longer due to additional security and fraud checks. Larger prizes may also be split across multiple payments.
Payments rating
95/100 Excellent range with strong flexibility
- 10+ purchase methods
- Gift card redemptions start at 10 SC
- Clear processing times for each method
- Limited e-wallet and mobile payment options
The payment setup at Pulsz Bingo ticks a lot of boxes. I mean, with 11 purchase methods, gift card redemptions from just 10 SC, and a potential $10,000 daily ceiling, there’s plenty of flexibility on both ends.
Many platforms have far fewer purchase options and much lower ceilings. Deal or No Deal Win, for instance, offers four purchase methods and a $2,000 daily redemption cap.
Plus, Pulsz Bingo does a good job of breaking down processing times for each redemption method. That said, the setup is very card-heavy and I do wish there were a few more redemption options available. Overall, though, there’s not much to complain about.
Is Pulsz Bingo safe?
By examining the page footer, I could see that Pulsz Bingo is owned by Yellow Social Interactive Limited, a company registered in the British Overseas Territory of Gibraltar. To protect sensitive information, the site is equipped with an ECDSA algorithm and 256-bit hashing encryption.
While I did not come across any visible trust seals, Pulsz Bingo states that its payment processors undergo regular security audits and that its systems include intrusion detection systems. It also encourages users to enable two-factor authentication.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| RNG auditing seals | N/A |
| Responsible gaming seals | Gaming Addicts Anonymous, Smart Mobile Gamers, National Public Radio (NPR), and Cybersmile |
| Licenses | N/A |
| SSL encryption | 256-bit |
| Two-factor authentication | Available |
| Legal age | 21 |
| Purchase, play amount, and gameplay limits | All available |
| Self-exclusion | Available |
| Cooling-off period | Available |
State availability
Pulsz Bingo is fully available in 31 US states and carries a minimum age requirement of 21. It’s also worth noting that Washington, D.C. is not listed as a restricted jurisdiction.
The 19 remaining states are either partially or fully restricted from Pulsz Bingo. Players in Indiana, Maine, Mississippi, New Jersey, and Oklahoma are restricted from accessing certain promotions.
The remaining 14 states prohibit players from accessing Pulsz Bingo in any capacity: Alabama, Arizona, California, Connecticut, Idaho, Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Montana, Nevada, New York, Tennessee, Washington, and West Virginia.
Responsible gambling features
Pulsz Bingo has a series of responsible gambling (RG) services available to players, all of which must be requested from support, either through email or by sending a ticket and filling in its contact form.
Daily purchase limits allowed me to place restrictions on the amount I could spend on GC packages per day. Caps were enforced instantly, although Pulsz Bingo said delays can happen. Once applied, I had to wait 24 hours before I could have them removed or edited.
A Take-a-Break was also available, with set timeframes of seven, 14, or 30 days. Self-exclusion options start at six months but can be extended upon request. A seven-day cooling-off period will be required before account reactivation.
Self-exclusion also extends to Pulsz Bingo’s sister site, Pulsz casino. Permanent account closure is also supported. Aside from these options, I did not come across any activity reminders, loss limits, wagering limits, or playtime caps.
The Player Safety page also provides advice on how to recognize problematic gaming behavior. For additional support, Pulsz Bingo directs players to Gaming Addicts Anonymous (GAA).
You’ll also find links to support articles from Smart Mobile Gamers, National Public Radio (NPR), and Cybersmile.
Safety rating
90/100 Solid RG services but lacks flexibility
- Daily purchase limits
- Cross-brand self-exclusion supporte
- RG services require contacting support
- No visible trust seals
Here’s the thing, overall, I was pretty satisfied with the level of safety and RG services offered at Pulsz Bingo. While I would prefer to see visible trust seals, the level of encryption and regular security audits give me plenty of reassurance.
I will say though that I’m a real sucker for sweep platforms that let you manage your own RG limits. Take Zunado, for example. It’s a sweep platform that enables players to manage RG limits independently through self-service tools.
On the other hand, at Pulsz Bingo, I have to contact support every time. It just creates an extra hurdle that I could do without. It would also be nice to see additional tools available like activity reminders. Still, the essentials are well covered.
Pulsz Bingo support options
Live chat is only accessible to players who purchase a GC package. Otherwise, you can always contact support for free through the platform’s ticketing system or via email at [email protected].
You can reach its ticket form by selecting the FAQ icon on the side panel or the Contact Us button on the page footer. This will open up a new page where you will need to sign in with your account details.
After that, you can submit a ticket and fill in your relevant details along with your query. You can also choose from a predefined list of issues such as account-related queries, redemptions, purchases, promotions, and verification.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Customer support availability | N/A |
| Live chat | N/A |
| [email protected] | |
| Contact number | N/A |
| On-page support | Help center |
Most queries I sent received responses within a few hours and were generally helpful, although a handful required further clarification and more waiting. The platform also offers 24/7 phone support that is strictly reserved for payment-related issues.
The FAQ section doubles as a Help Center and features nine categories covering topics like Games, Promotions, Social Live Casino, and Safer Gaming. Each topic features several FAQs of varying lengths.
Support & community rating
65/100 Decent support undermined by restrictions
- Well-organized Help Center
- 24/7 payment helpline
- Mixed responses from support
- Live chat hidden behind paywall
When a so-called free-to-play platform puts its live chat behind a paywall, well, that’s never a good start. There are plenty of platforms like Dorados that offer free access to live chat for both registered and unregistered users.
The phone support is also restricted to payment queries, although this was a little more understandable in my book. Overall, it’s a shame because the foundations for a really good support setup are all there.
Thankfully, the ticketing system was well organized and I was overall pleased with the responses I received. It wasn’t perfect and I did have to wait at times, but it was good enough. Plus, I had the FAQs to fall back on, which were full of solid information.
Pulsz Bingo mobile access and site usability
Pulsz Bingo is available as a web app and is accessible across major desktop browsers like Chrome, Safari, and Opera. It is also fully mobile-friendly and available to download from the Apple App Store and Google Play.
Its interface allowed me to switch between light and dark modes. Across the top of the screen, I could keep track of my GC and SC balances, purchase coins and search for individual games. Beneath that, promotional banners rotate periodically on a carousel.
| Category | Details |
|---|---|
| Mobile app | Yes |
| Mobile games availability | Full suite |
| Ease of navigation | Very easy |
| Game filters | Yes |
| Search function | Yes |
| Loading speed | 0.2 sec |
| UX and UI rating | Excellent |
| Other products | N/A |
Navigation is mainly managed through a side panel, allowing me quick access to promotions, purchases, redemptions, transaction history, FAQs, account settings and game types.
Games are displayed in rows of thumbnails split across categories such as new releases, slots, table games, live casino, and bingo. Selecting a game category also opens up additional game types, including Megaways and tumbling reels.
The first feature Pulsz casino offers is the choice between the light and dark theme. You can see how each one looks by using the toggle to the left of the screen.
If you select one of the multiplayer bingo rooms, you’ll need to enter an alias. These rooms also feature community chats, allowing players to interact with one another while games are in progress.
It’s worth noting that there are a number of misplaced games, while the Slots tab does not show the full library of slots. Instead, it’s worth browsing through individual providers.
Usability rating
80/100 Excellent accessibility but browsing needs work
- Native iOS and Android apps
- Clean and simple setup
- Light and dark display modes
- Missing games and misplaced titles
Pulsz Bingo’s accessibility is one of its biggest strengths. Its cross-platform availability puts it ahead of many top-performing platforms, including RustClash, a skin trading platform with no native iOS or Android apps.
The Pulsz Bingo interface is also very well laid out and easy to navigate. I had no trouble registering, accessing promotions, purchasing coins, and making redemptions. Nothing ever felt cluttered, although I will say that the periodic pop-ups were pretty annoying.
However, my main gripe is the poor filtering and search functionality. Some game types are missing or misplaced, while the search bar only lets me look up individual games rather than providers. It’s not a huge problem but it does make the platform feel less polished.
